Dante Arias

Dante Arias is an experienced technical delivery manager currently working at BetMGM since May 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing technical project delivery. Prior to this role, Dante served as an Associate Project Manager and Technical Project Coordinator at HOMER from December 2019 to March 2022, managing multiple Scrum teams and collaborating closely with product owners and engineering leads. Earlier, Dante contributed to the academic environment at Rutgers University as an office assistant, supporting student aid programs and utilizing web development tools. Additionally, as a Systems Development Intern at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Dante developed a SharePoint site and supported IT governance initiatives. Dante holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology and Informatics from Rutgers University, achieved in 2019.
