Elisa Shen

Elisa Shen has extensive experience in the gaming and entertainment industry. Elisa currently holds the position of Account Management Director at BetMGM since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from 2013 to 2021, serving as Associate Vice President of Gaming & Onboard Revenue and Director of Gaming and Operations. Before that, they held the role of Director of VIP Marketing at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from 2010 to 2013, and Director of Casino Marketing from 2006 to 2010.

Elisa Shen received their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001. Later, in 2006, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business.
