Hampus Goransson

Hampus Goransson is a seasoned professional in the sports management and customer operations sectors, currently serving as Director of VIP Customer Operations at BetMGM since July 2020. Prior to this role, Hampus has held various positions including Senior Manager of Operations - VIP Sports and Senior Customer Trading Analyst at the same company. Hampus began a career in partnerships and product management at Heed, LLC, after gaining diverse experience through internships and consulting roles, including at The Madison Square Garden Company and EY. Hampus holds a Master of Sports Management from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Business and Economics from Umeå University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from Universidad de Sevilla. Additionally, Hampus has international educational experience from the International School Nido de Aguilas, where an International Baccalaureate was obtained.
