Karen Calkins Baumwoll has a diverse work experience in human resources roles. Karen currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at BetMGM since March 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at Paramount Group in 2018. From 2004 to 2018, they worked at Coach in various HR roles, including Divisional Vice President, Head of North America People Services, Senior Director, and Director of Human Resources Business Partner. Before joining Coach, they worked at Gap in executive recruiting roles.
