Mark Stern has extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics, with a focus on the gambling and retail industries. Mark is currently the Vice President of Business Intelligence & Analytics at BetMGM. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics at Entain from 2016 to 2021. Mark also held the role of Head of Analytics and Business Intelligence at Gala Coral Group from 2012 to 2016 and Head of Business Intelligence & Projects at BetFred from 2010 to 2012. Before entering the gambling industry, Mark worked at Victor Chandler International as the Head of Customer and Business Insight from 2009 to 2010 and as the IT Director & Program Management from 2006 to 2009. Mark began their career at Walgreens Boots Alliance as a Program Manager from 2005 to 2006. Prior to this, Mark worked at DHL in IT strategy and project portfolio management from 1998 to 2005.
Mark Stern completed a BSc in Geography, Environmental Issues, and Sport Studies at Brunel University London from 1991 to 1994. Mark then pursued a MSc in Business Systems Analysis and Design at City, University of London from 1996 to 1997.
