Nancy Own

Nancy Own is a seasoned Senior User Experience Researcher currently at BetMGM since November 2023, after serving as Lead UX Researcher at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from January 2021 to November 2023, where significant improvements in user engagement and satisfaction were achieved through research initiatives. Nancy's prior experience includes roles as a UX Researcher at ETS, where generative research and design thinking workshops were integral to projects, and at Cerner Corporation, where the practice of UX research was embedded into the product development process. Previous internships at DIRECTV focused on product management and UX research, contributing to enhancements in mobile user experiences. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Digital Media from New York University.
