Ursula Grosser

Ursula Grosser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Program Management at BetMGM since March 2019, Ursula leads the Program Management Office, focusing on strategic planning and the delivery of enterprise initiatives, while managing a team of over 15 project and program managers. Prior to BetMGM, Ursula held several key roles at BNP Paribas and Credit Suisse, including Vice President and Head of HR Operational Risk, and played a significant role in leading global projects and managing performance indicators within Campus Recruiting. Ursula's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Sports Management from Columbia University and two degrees from the University of St.Gallen, including a Master of Arts in Information, Media and Technology Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
