Jaroslav Charvát

Jaroslav Charvát is an experienced Agile professional currently serving as the Leader of the Group Agile Center at STS S.A., responsible for Agile transformation and team leadership. With a background as an Agile Coach at Betsys, Jaroslav focuses on setting goals and strategies while facilitating cooperation across divisions. As a freelancer, Jaroslav aids organizations in initiating their agile journeys. Previous roles include Transformation Agile Coach at Česká spořitelna and Byznys provokace, where Jaroslav trained teams in Agile methodologies.
