Damon Rees is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently, Damon serves as Co-Founder at ServiceGen and Managing Principal & CEO at Better as Usual, focusing on enhancing organizational outcomes and capability growth. Damon also holds the position of Non Executive Director at Ventia. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Service NSW and Chief Information and Digital Officer for the NSW Government. Damon's tenure at Westpac includes numerous senior management positions, such as Head of Integrated Delivery and Head of Technology, where Damon was responsible for large teams and complex technology transformations. Damon holds a Global Executive MBA from the University of Sydney and has completed various leadership and management courses.
