Ron Perine

Ron Perine is the Managing Principal & CEO at Mintz + Hoke. Ron has over 25 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry.

Ron started their career as a store manager at Alpine Ski & Sports. Ron was quickly promoted to Accounting Manager at Keiler & Company. In this role, they assisted the Director of Finance in all financial aspects of the Agency.

In 1994, Ron founded Mintz + Hoke with two partners. The agency has grown to be one of the most successful in the state of Connecticut. Under Ron’s leadership, the agency has won numerous awards, including “Best Place to Work” by the Hartford Business Journal.

Ron Perine attended Quinnipiac University, where they studied accounting and earned their Bachelor of Science degree. Ron then went on to study at MUHS.
