Chris Holcomb

Chris Holcomb has a diverse work experience spanning many years. Chris'smost recent role is as a WeDefy Regional Ambassador at the WeDefy Foundation, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations and Quality at DFS GOURMET SPECIALTIES, Inc. from July 2021 onwards. Chris also held various positions at Kroger, including Senior Operations Leader from May 2017 to July 2021, Continuous Improvement Manager from May 2016 to May 2017, Senior Continuous Improvement Resource Leader from June 2014 to May 2016, and Quality Assurance Supervisor from February 2012 to June 2014. Chris began their career at Nutraceutical Corporation, where they worked as a QA Analyst from January 2011 to February 2012, Chemist from December 2005 to January 2011, and Research Scientist from October 2004 to December 2005.

Chris Holcomb earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany/Chemistry from Weber State University in 1999-2003. Chris later pursued a Master of Science degree in Environmental Chemistry/Business Management from the University of Utah from 2008-2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, they hold a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Academy, although specific information regarding when this certification was obtained is not available.
