Joseph Salamanca, CHPC, currently serves as the General Manager at Better Buzz Coffee, overseeing all operational aspects, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial management. Joseph has a strong track record in the food and beverage industry, with previous management roles at Cloak & Petal and RB Sushi, as well as a history of mentorship in customer service and team development. In addition to management experience, Joseph is also a Content Creator for Rave Tour Guide, focused on enhancing festival experiences through engaging video content.
