Ashley Barrington

Ashley Barrington is an experienced supply chain and sustainability leader, currently serving as the US Country Manager for Better Cotton since January 2021, overseeing partner engagement and program strategy. Prior roles include Acting US Country Manager and Global Membership Manager at MarketPearl, a platform focused on sustainable sourcing in the fashion industry, which Ashley founded. With a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Ashley has conducted impactful research on supply chain sustainability and supplier diversity. Additional experience includes senior managerial roles at Stitch Fix and sourcing positions at Nike and ANN INC., showcasing a strong background in product development and sourcing strategies.
