Swathika Madhan Kumar is currently serving as a Salesforce Coordinator at Better Cotton since October 2023. Prior to this role, Swathika worked as a Salesforce Administrator at Inno Valley Works from October 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included administering and customizing Salesforce CRM for over 500 users and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions. Swathika also gained valuable experience as a Salesforce Developer Intern at 50Hands Organization, where development and implementation of platform solutions were key responsibilities.
