Dean Sharabi

Dean Sharabi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and finance. Currently serving as General Manager at Better Earth since August 2019, Dean has a strong background in the solar industry, having previously held positions at Sungrade Solar, including Team Manager, Team Mentor, and Solar Consultant. In these roles, significant contributions were made in training and mentoring new recruits, while also focusing on enhancing training processes. Dean's experience also includes finance-related internships at organizations such as Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation, RTI Surgical®, and Koss Olinger, as well as co-founding the Foreign Exchange Market Association at Florida State University. Dean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from Florida State University.
