Matthew Boughan

Matthew Boughan has a diverse range of work experience in the solar industry. Matthew began their career in 2013 as an Installation Technician at SolarCity, where they learned all aspects of solar installation and eventually led a crew. Matthew then moved on to Vivint Solar in 2014, where they served as an Operations Manager, overseeing operations at the Bakersfield, CA location. Matthew continued to advance their career, taking on roles such as Operations Manager at Suncrest Solar and General Manager at Streamline ESC. In 2019, they joined Bright Planet Solar as the Vice President of Operations, also serving as the Director of Process Development. Recently, they have worked at Glyde Solar as the VP of Field Ops and is currently the VP of Central Operations at Better Earth.
