Erwin Krolik

Erwin Krolik has a strong background in project management and engineering. Erwin is currently working as the Director of Engineering Projects at Better Energy since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Global Manufacturing Project Manager at Danfoss Editron from September 2021 to March 2023. Erwin also has extensive experience at Danfoss Power Solutions, where they held various positions such as Project Management Expert & International Project Portfolio Execution Manager, Project Portfolio Manager, and Project Manager. Erwin played a key role in leading the Orbital X program, which is the industry benchmark for orbital motors. Erwin started their career as a Design Engineer at NG Engineering in October 2007 and later worked as a Process Engineer at Vectrix from February 2006 to September 2007.

Erwin Krolik pursued a Master's degree in Mechanics and Building Machines from 2001 to 2006 at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Erwin obtained an IPMA B certification from the IPMA: International Project Management Association in December 2020.
