Benita Barber

Benita Barber joins the BGA following eleven years as Assistant Director of Stewardship for the Illinois College of Optometry. In her role for the BGA, she will support all aspects of fundraising related to gift and data processing. A graduate of Kaplan University, Benita has over 20 years of fundraising and event planning. She is a certified Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge professional. Her passion for helping others is her motivation for choosing a career in the non-profit world.
