Bobby Creek

Bobby Creek serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Better Health Group since March 2024, focusing on expanding the primary care network to enhance patient care quality and cost efficiency. With extensive experience spanning over two decades, Bobby has also been the Practice Lead at DevelopmentONE Consulting since January 2000, providing growth enablement support for private and startup organizations. Prior roles include Vice President of Growth, Marketing, and Brand Experience at Aledade, Inc., where Bobby significantly increased medical spend under management, and Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Elixir, overseeing a multimillion-dollar budget. Additionally, Bobby held the position of Senior Director for Strategic Marketing in U.S. Healthcare at Sodexo, collaborating with teams to maintain brand relevance. Bobby earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications and is in the MBA program for Integrated Communications at Eastern Kentucky University.
