Sally-Anne D has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sally-Anne is currently working as a Program Lead for Social Support at Better Health Network. Previously, they served as a Research Director at Mahony Global Consultants and worked as a Yoga & Meditation Instructor and Wellness Coach at Breathe Yoga & Meditation. Sally-Anne also has experience as an Activities & Lifestyle Coordinator at Ryman Healthcare. In addition, Sally-Anne volunteered as a Mentor at The Smith Family's iTrack program, providing advice and guidance to high school students. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Research Associate at Egon Zehnder International, an Account Manager at Talent Intelligence, and a Research Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates Inc. Sally-Anne also has experience in HR Services at WMC Resources and Remunerations & Benefits Information at Hay Group.
Sally-Anne D. attended Swinburne University of Technology from 1999 to 2002 and obtained a Bachelor of Social Science. Currently, they are undertaking a Bachelor of Health Science in Healthy Aging at the University of South Australia. In addition to their degrees, Sally-Anne has obtained several certifications including Certificate IV - Health and Leisure (Aged Care) from Kangan Institute in 2021 and various yoga-related certifications from different institutions between the years 2015 and 2018.

Better Health Network (or BHN) is a not-for-profit community healthcare organisation providing a wide range of integrated health, wellbeing and support services to communities across the inner-south and south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We exist to deliver accessible health and wellbeing services that meet the needs of our diverse communities and use our influence to create positive change. With a workforce of more than 1,000 employees and volunteers, we provide a wide range of services to support healthy living, general wellbeing and social connection to more than 600,000 people through 20+ sites. These include specialist medical services, dental and allied health, nursing, gamblers’ help and counselling services, as well as aged care social supports and NDIS disability services. We are proud to offer an inclusive service and work environment where individuals feel safe, accepted, affirmed, and celebrated.
