Since 1990, Rick has led Elliott Realty, a family-owned business dedicated to providing beach home and condo rentals with a strong emphasis on customer service. Additionally, Rick has overseen Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living, which has operated for over 50 years in the Myrtle Beach real estate market, helping clients achieve their property dreams. Rick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Presbyterian College and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Carolina.
