Trevor Anderson

Trevor Anderson is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and investment strategy. As the founder of Nerdware since July 2020, Trevor has also served as Managing Director at both Voyager Holdings and Venture Capital Holdings, focusing on real estate investment and strategic capital allocation. In addition, Trevor co-founded and serves as Co-President of Better Homes Property Group, overseeing property acquisitions and project management, and has been a Real Estate Salesperson with Golden Gate Real Estate. Previously, Trevor was a Member-Manager at Anderson & Anderson Properties, LLC, where expertise in market analysis and operational efficiency was demonstrated through the implementation of Lean Six Sigma principles. Trevor holds educational credentials from Columbus State Community College and The Ohio State University.
