Lili Kroll

Lili Kroll is an experienced professional in financial planning and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning & Strategy and Director of Payor Strategy at Better Life Partners since July 2023. Previously, Lili held the position of Head of Clinical Operations & Strategy at Hey Jane from December 2022 to July 2023. Lili’s background includes roles at Cityblock Health, where responsibilities included Manager of Product Strategy for the Maternity Business and Senior Associate in Care Delivery Services, as well as managerial positions at Planned Parenthood of New York City, Inc. and UCSF. Lili began a career in social services as Teen Program Coordinator at JCCSF. Lili earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Society, graduating Cum Laude with Departmental Honors from UCLA in 2014, and also completed a study abroad program at Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo-Sevilla in 2012.
