Mike Garafalo

Mike Garafalo has over 13 years of professional experience in various roles. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Operations at Better Life Partners, where they are responsible for providing access to evidence-based care to those suffering from substance use addiction. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Sr. Director of Residential Services and Program Director at The Dimock Center, where they managed a 21 bed men's residential substance abuse treatment program. In 2018, they worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor II at the Worcester County Sheriff's Office. In 2016, they were an Addiction Recovery Coach at The Dimock Center. From 2012 to 2011, they were the Marketing Manager at Power Home Remodeling Group and a Technical Recruiter at New Era Recruiting, respectively. Finally, in 2008, they were a Member Service Representative at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.

Mike Garafalo obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2008.
