Wendy Henoch

Wendy Henoch has extensive experience working in compliance and healthcare. Wendy currently holds the position of Head of Quality and Compliance at Better Life Partners, a role they began in May 2023. Prior to this, Wendy served as the Director of Compliance at OhioGuidestone from June 2018 to June 2023. Wendy also held the position of Senior Compliance Officer at University Hospitals from November 2015 to June 2018. Before transitioning into compliance roles, Wendy worked as a Compliance Specialist, Clinical Risk Manager, and Clinical Nurse at Cleveland Clinic from 2008 to 2015. Wendy also has previous experience as an attorney at Lancione & Lancione, LLP and Janik & Dorman, LLP. Wendy began their career as a Clinical Nurse at University Hospitals of Cleveland from 2002 to 2004.

Wendy Henoch has a diverse education history. Wendy started their educational journey in 1994 and completed their high school education at Northfield Mount Hermon in 1998. Following that, Wendy attended Case Western Reserve University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, specializing in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.

After completing their undergraduate degree, Wendy decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills by attending the Case Western Reserve University School of Law from 2002 to 2005. There, they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree and also received a Certificate of Concentration in Litigation, reflecting their commitment and expertise in this particular field of study.

In addition to their formal education, Wendy pursued further professional development by obtaining a certification in Healthcare Compliance. Accredited by the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), they achieved this certification in May 2017, showcasing their competence and dedication in the field of healthcare compliance.
