Biniyam Yilma

Biniyam Yilma has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2018. In 2018, they started as a Project Manager Assistance at ModernETH Outsource PLC. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Strategic Human Resource Manager at MMCY Tech & ModernETH Outsource PLC. In 2020, they were further promoted to the role of Operations & Human Resources Manager at Better Mobile Security.

Biniyam Yilma completed a Bachelor's degree in Management from Admas University between 2015 and 2018. Biniyam then pursued a Masters degree in Project Planning & Management from the Yom Institute of Economic Development Joint Masters Program with Debre Markos University from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they obtained a Masters degree in Arts of Leadership from Leadstar College of Management and Leadership from 2018 to 2020.
