David E. Hanna

David E. Hanna is the current Project Leader & Trainer at Better Outcomes Now. David has also previously worked as the Chief Clinical Officer at Bluegrass.org from March 2010 to September 2014, Area Service Manager at Bluegrass.org from July 2004 to February 2008, Director of the Division of MH and MR Services at the Kentucky Department for Medicaid Services from September 2002 to June 2004, and Service Area Manager at Bluegrass.org from January 1987 to September 2002. David began their career as the Chief Psychologist at UAB School of Medicine from September 1983 to December 1986.

David E. Hanna has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Kentucky, and a B.A. in Psychology from West Virginia University. David is also certified as a trainer in the "Heart and Soul of Change" program from Partners for Change Outcome Management System.
