Aman Johal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing philanthropic and investment initiatives. Currently serving as Managing Director at Big Society Capital since July 2016, Aman has held various roles including Investment Director and Investment Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at J.P. Morgan from 2012 to July 2016 as a Senior Associate in Corporate Responsibility, overseeing philanthropic programs across the UK and participating in research and grant-making for social development projects. Other notable roles include Researcher at The Young Foundation, Caseworker at IET, Public Affairs intern at Macmillan Cancer Support, and a position in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office's Summer Development Programme. Aman holds a BA Hons in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick, earned in 2009.
