Lydia Swift is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a strong background in social impact investing and digital solutions. Currently serving as Communications Manager at Better Society Capital, previously known as Big Society Capital, since June 2021, Lydia has been instrumental in developing content strategies and managing campaigns to drive investment in addressing social issues in the UK. Prior roles include Marketing Executive at Exertis UK, Marketing Manager at Pioneer Group, and various positions in PR and marketing within the beauty sector, including with Clarins Group and PURPLE. Lydia holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Theology from the University of Birmingham.
