Helen Martins is an experienced management consultant and leader with a comprehensive background in organizational effectiveness and change management. As President of MCL since May 2012, Helen has also served as People and Culture Integration Lead at WSP in Canada and as a Strategic Advisor for Better Workplace. Previous roles include Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Syncrude Canada Ltd. and Business Transformation Consultant at AltaGas Ltd., where consulting services focused on enhancing business performance. Notably, Helen has played key roles in organizational change management for major energy companies, including Cenovus Energy and Suncor Energy, overseeing the successful implementation of training and communications strategies to ensure business readiness and integration during significant transformations.
