Jason Allard has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jason began their career in the United States Marine Corps in 2003, where they served as an Aviation Ordnance Technician and later promoted to the rank of Sergeant. During their time in the Marine Corps, they gained experience in assembling and disassembling ordnance and equipment, as well as leading teams and handling administration and training responsibilities.
In 2010, Jason transitioned to the civilian sector and joined Better World Books. Jason started as a Book Scanner, where they scanned and checked the condition of books for acceptance. Jason also learned various tasks such as sending books down the line with the tipper and assisting with clearing recycled books.
Jason later worked as a Forklift Operator in the recycling docks of the scanning department. In this role, they weighed and loaded recycled books, unloaded and resupplied the scanning and shipping departments, and helped other employees with their tasks. Furthermore, they stored and weighed media, kids books, textbooks, and bibles for shipping.
Jason Allard then advanced to become a Team Lead in the scanning department. As a team leader, they assisted team members with equipment malfunctions, SKU offsets, and listened to their concerns and ideas for improvement. Jason also ensured high-quality books were shipped out by checking on accepted or donated books.
In 2018, they took on the position of Operations Supervisor at Better World Books, where they likely continued to oversee and coordinate operations within the organization.
Jason Allard attended Corporal's Course in 2006. In the same year, they also studied at NAS Pensacola. In 2003, they had an educational experience at the fort lee virginia army base. No degrees or fields of study were provided for any of these educational experiences.
