Brian Mucino

Brian Mucino is an experienced operations supervisor currently employed at Excellus BCBS since July 2025. Previously, Brian held the position of scheduling manager at Rochester Regional Health from December 2014 to July 2025, where responsibilities included leadership development, staff training, and process improvement. Brian also served as a learning and development trainer, focusing on onboarding and training new team members, implementing curriculum for various software programs, and enhancing agents' skills to improve patient experiences. Earlier roles include teaching physical education and serving as a reading intervention specialist in various school districts, culminating in a Master's degree in Adapted Physical Education from SUNY Brockport and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from the same institution. Brian also holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Alfred State College.
