Meenakshi Iyer

Meenakshi Iyer has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in biotechnology and operational roles. Currently serving as Team Lead for Incentives & GTM at Better since November 2021, Meenakshi previously held positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Associate in Revenue Operations Insights and as a Team Member. Prior roles include HR Analyst at JLT Group, Cell Culture Analyst at HiMedia Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., Technician at P.D. Hinduja Hospital specializing in TB diagnosis in HIV patients, and Microbiologist at Suretech Medical Inc. performing sterility and pyrogen testing of medical devices. Meenakshi completed a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Mumbai University.
