John Campbell

John Campbell is an experienced professional in product management and customer success, currently serving as the Manager of New Products and Channels at BetterCloud since April 2022. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Procore Technologies, including Implementation Manager for Mid-Market Specialty Contractors, and served as a Program Manager and Customer Success Manager at BirchStreet Systems. John's career also includes experience as a Wildland Fire Technician at Consumer Fire Products, Inc., and as a Purchasing Manager at Bacara Resort & Spa. Earlier in their career, John was a Seasonal Firefighter with the U.S. Forest Service. Educational achievements include studies at Allan Hancock College and Santa Barbara City College, along with a high school diploma from Santa Ynez High School.
