Alina Dinga

Alina Dinga is currently serving as the Head of Business Development at bettercoach. Prior to this role, Alina held positions such as Senior Partnership Manager at Patronus Group, Project Leader and Project Manager at Deutsches Rotes Kreuz Berlin Südwest gGmbH, Project Coordinator at Cultural Lights GmbH, and in Human Resources at Amorelie. Alina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Medien- und Wirtschaftspsychologie from HMKW University of Applied Sciences for Media, Communication and Management, as well as a degree in Systemic Coach. Alina is dedicated to creating a working world where individuals enjoy what they do and thrive in environments that enhance their quality of life.
