Marion Quaas-Reinhard is an experienced professional in coaching, facilitation, and organizational development, currently serving as the owner of LIFEinForm since January 1996. Under LIFEinForm, Marion specializes in guiding individuals, teams, and organizations through transformative processes, focusing on self-leadership, business succession, and leadership agility. Co-founding Team CoCreative in 2018, Marion empowers leaders across various sectors to embrace uncertainty as an opportunity for meaningful change. Marion serves as a coach and program director at Die Zukunfts Gesellschaft e.V. and holds roles as an executive coach and facilitator across multiple organizations, including Hochschule Osnabrück and Hochschule Anhalt.
