Kim Hoogeveen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational culture and leadership development. As Co-Founder of BetterCulture since January 2021, Kim has contributed to creating online programs that assist organizations in cultivating strong workplace cultures. Kim also founded MindSet in January 2010, delivering leadership programs and culture surveys to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. From June 1987 to December 2010, Kim served as President and CEO of QLI, an esteemed rehabilitation center recognized for its exceptional workplace culture. Additionally, Kim's background includes a significant role as an ad-hoc Mediator and Labor Arbitrator for the Iowa Public Employment Relations Board from August 1980 to April 1999. Academically, Kim holds a Ph.D. in Psychology with a Cognitive and Organizational emphasis from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, along with master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Psychology from Iowa State University.
