Ariana Melian has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ariana started their career as an intern at CITeQ Lab University in 2014. Following that, they worked as an engineer at Tiberina Automotive from 2016 to 2016 and FAM-MA Automotive S.A. from 2017 to 2017. Ariana then joined Renault Argentina, where they served as a junior engineer from 2017 to 2018 and later became the boss of a unit from 2018 to 2019. After that, Ariana worked as a project manager at Indiic SA from 2019 to 2020. Ariana then transitioned to Betterfly, where they held multiple roles including project manager from 2020 to 2022, global operations engineer from 2022 to 2023, and customer service lead from 2023 to the present. Currently, Ariana is also a podcaster at Reactor de Líderes, starting in 2024.

Ariana Melian completed their education with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in 2018. Ariana also obtained a certification as an Engineer Chemist from UTN - Facultad Regional Córdoba in the same year. In 2021, Ariana completed a program in Project Management according to PMI from Kinetic. Ariana also undertook language studies in Italian, English, and Portuguese at Dante Alighieri Association and Escuela de Lenguas Anexo respectively. Additionally, they completed a course in Locución I from Instituto CEICOS and holds a Technical University degree in Chemistry from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
