Mey Arreaza currently serves as the Global Process Leader for HR Strategy, Innovation & Employee Experience at Betterfly since April 2022, focusing on the implementation and execution of key HR processes including indicators, internal communications, diversity, equity, inclusion, performance, climate, culture, and education.
