Mey Arreaza

Mey Arreaza currently serves as the Global Process Leader for HR Strategy, Innovation & Employee Experience at Betterfly since April 2022, focusing on the implementation and execution of key HR processes including indicators, internal communications, diversity, equity, inclusion, performance, climate, culture, and education. Prior experience includes roles at The Adecco Group from August 2019 to April 2022, where Mey led large accounts and projects nationally as a Senior Project Manager and managed significant projects across seven branches while overseeing a team of over 30 individuals. Other positions held include Project Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO, Coordinator of Projects, and Administrative Assistant at Ser Activo Consultores, and Office Manager at Grupo Textiforma, C.A. Mey holds a Coaching degree from Escuela de Coaching Lider-haz-GO!, additional project management training from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, an international business diploma from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, and a bachelor's degree in International Trade from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
