Kelsey MacDonald

Kelsey MacDonald is an experienced professional with a background in program management and onboarding within the mental health and retail sectors. Currently serving as Associate Program Manager for New Therapist Experience at BetterHelp since May 2020, Kelsey has been responsible for team operations, licensing and credentialing expertise, and leading international expansion initiatives.
