In 2020, they joined Cognite AS as VP of People & Organization and Alternate Employee Board Member. In 2021, they became a Partner at The Fund, a community of 400 founders and operators. In 2022, they became an Angel Investor at PeopleTech Angels and also founded and became CEO of Betterleave.
