Kirk Jones, M.Ed, currently serves as the Enterprise Program Manager at BetterLesson since October 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President at Wildfire Leadership, where Kirk designed and delivered leadership training programs, and a Senior Customer Success Manager and Business Development - Implementation Specialist at 7 Mindsets, focusing on professional development in social-emotional learning for educational landscapes. As Middle School Principal at Ayersville School, Kirk improved performance through comprehensive staff and student support, and earlier roles included athletic administration and teaching across various school districts. Additionally, Kirk founded UpperHand Educational Consulting, driving operational growth and marketing strategies. Kirk holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from Defiance College.
