Rishi Pisipati

Rishi Pisipati has over four years of professional experience in software engineering and development. In 2021, they began working as a Software Engineer II at BetterLesson, where they have led the design of their hackathon initiative, Learning Walks, and implemented a new backend service for surveys. From 2019-2021, they were a Software Engineer at Renaissance Learning, where they created new micro front end components, maintained and updated back end systems, created new data endpoints, and developed several front end components. In 2019, they were a Full Stack Developer at K12, where they worked on a platform to scaffold optimal collaboration in an online environment for Project Based Learning. In 2017, they were a Software Developer at NIIT Foundation, where they developed User Management Kiosks and utilized facial detection algorithms to make the login process intuitive. Rishi also worked as a Web Development Intern at CollarFolk in 2017, where they developed, maintained, and tested modules in the Collarfolk website, optimized search engine listings, developed additional packages for custom content management, and created content for blogs and social media handles.

Rishi Pisipati completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from NIIT University between 2013 and 2017. Rishi then went on to receive a Master of Science (MS) in Education Technology from the Human Computer Interaction Institute at Carnegie Mellon University between 2018 and 2019.
