Duanna Pang, CC

Duanna Pang, CC has a long and varied work experience. Duanna began their career in 1995 as a Magazine Editor and Writer for Magazines Inc Pte Ltd and SilkRoute Ventures. During this time, they created viable business models for publications, initiated and implemented advertising and marketing promotions, generated editorial calendars, and commissioned and assigned stories to writers. In addition, they edited and wrote full-length features, initiated and conducted a series of writers' workshops, and trained and led writers, web engineers and designers. In 2005, they became a Certified Coach: Leadership Coaching for C-suite Leaders, Directors and Physicians; Owner for Discerning Leadership. In this role, they focused on how leadership can reduce suffering and promised to base the work in reality as-lived rather than theories. In 2007, they became the Past President (2 terms) of the International Coach Federation Chapter, where they focused on generating visibility for coaches and their work. In 2010, they became a Board Member and Membership Committee Member of Coaching the Global Village and The Women's Network, respectively. In 2018, they joined Lee Hecht Harrison as a Talent Development & Executive Coach. In 2021, they became a Leadership Trainer & Coach for Butterfly & Co. In 2022, they joined MD Can Help Inc. as an Executive & Leadership Coach. Duanna has also authored a book, \"Inspired and Prosperous\", which is available on Amazon.com.

Duanna Pang, CC has an extensive education history. Duanna attended the University of London from 1991 to 1994, studying Law. In 2016, they completed the Being A Leader And The Effective Exercise of Leadership program. In 2005, they received a Certified Coach certification from the Coach Training Alliance. In 2017 to 2019, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, completing a 2-year program in Mindfulness Meditation Teaching Training. Duanna also holds certifications from the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI) in Systemic Team Coaching ITCA (Individual Team Coaching Accreditation), the Center for Executive Coaching in Certified Power & Influence Coach, Moment Institute & WBECS in Narrative Coach, Enhanced Practitioner, and Accelerating Coach Excellence (ACE) in Certified Coach and Enhanced Practitioner. Duanna also has certifications from the Kauffman Foundation in FastTrac Entrepreneurship Programs, and from Cambridge University in "A" Levels from Victoria Junior College, Singapore and "O" Levels from Raffles Girls' School, Singapore.
