Kate Sleeman (Latas)

Kate Sleeman (Latas) has over 19 years of professional experience, beginning with their role as an Account Manager at Element K (now Skillsoft) in 2002. In 2006, they joined Abbott Laboratories as a Sales Specialist, where they coordinated team selling efforts of a politically disruptive and complex system with Critical Care and Emergency Department sites. In 2011, they moved to Skillsoft as a Regional Account Executive, cultivating and leveraging senior-level corporate relationships to design and implement enterprise training solutions. In 2015, they joined Onboard Informatics as a National Sales Manager, responsible for expanding the business into ancillary real estate markets. In 2016, they became the VP of Business Development at Lee Hecht Harrison, consistently exceeding revenue targets and maintaining 100% of existing client base. In 2019, they joined Right Management as a Talent Management Solutions Director and Global Account Director. Finally, in 2021, they joined BetterUp as an Enterprise Account Executive, with the mission to help people everywhere live with greater clarity, purpose, and passion. In 2023, they became the Director of Enterprise Solutions at BetterManager.

Kate Sleeman (Latas) obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Radford University. Kate also pursued Graduate Studies at Virginia Tech. Kate also has three certifications, including DiSC Profiling from Abbott in 2007, The Complex Sale from Abbott in 2007, and The Challenger Sale: Assessment from Skillsoft.
