Rafael Tinoco Hernandez

Rafael Tinoco Hernandez has worked in various roles since 2015. Rafael began their career as a Project Manager at Reel Life Studio in 2015. Rafael then worked as an English Instructor at Brain Zone Reading & Tutoring Center from 2016 to 2018, where they taught TOEFL and SAT classes, edited writing samples, and organized discussions of current events to improve conversation skills. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at CIINCO as a Project Manager. Rafael then moved to Actimo America, where they held the roles of Key Account Manager, Account Manager, and Business Development Representative from 2020 to 2021. Most recently, they have been a Customer Success Manager at Plecto Latinoamérica since 2021.

Rafael Tinoco Hernandez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Finance from Universidad Francisco Marroquín in 2017-2021. Rafael also holds certifications from Coursera in Behavioral Finance (2021), from Microsoft in Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Expert (Excel and Excel 2019) (2020), from Bloomberg LP in Core Concepts Course (2019), and from PADI in Advanced Open Water Diver.
