Corey Griffin

Corey Griffin is currently the VP, Controller at Betterment. Prior to this, they were with Dataminr, Inc. as their Accounting Manager and before that, they were with Andela as their Controller. Corey started their career as an auditor with Deloitte where they worked for four years before moving on to Medidata Solutions where they spent three years as their Senior Technical Accountant.

Corey Griffin completed their Masters of Science in Accounting at the University of Connecticut School of Business. Corey then went on to complete their Bachelors of Science in Accounting at the University of Connecticut. Finally, they completed their High School Diploma at South Brunswick High School. Corey is also certified from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in Series 99 - Operations Professional and from the New York State Education Department as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Their manager is Peter Lorimer, CFO. Corey Griffin works with and Daniel Egan - Director, Behavioral Finance and Investing.
