Kevin Stefan

Kevin Stefan is the VP & Controller at Morgan Properties. Kevin previously worked as the Director of Property Accounting at Home Properties from June 1998 to July 2019.

Kevin Stefan graduated from the SUNY Brockport with a BS in Accounting. Kevin then went on to Pioneer Central School to complete their education.

They work with Gail Huber - Controller, Rob Geddes - SVP, Asset Management, and Todd Richman - SVP, Financial Planning & Business Development. Kevin Stefan reports to Patrick O’Grady, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President.
