Joshua Rubin

Joshua Rubin is the VP of Legal at Betterment. Joshua has held various positions at the company since 2017, including Senior Director & Associate General Counsel, Director of Legal, and Senior Counsel. Prior to joining Betterment, Joshua was an associate at Jenner & Block from 2011 to 2017 and a law clerk for Judge Richard W. Roberts from 2009 to 2011.

Joshua Rubin has a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. Joshua also has certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals in CIPP/US.
