Nicole Van Rossum

Nicole Van Rossum has extensive experience in customer operations and service, currently serving as a Senior Operations Associate at Betterment since September 2020, following roles as a Customer Operations Associate and Customer Experience Associate. Prior to Betterment, Nicole worked at Monzo Bank as a Customer Service Operations Specialist and at PURE Group of Insurance Companies in various capacities, including Underwriting Services Associate and Member Services Associate. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Scottsdale Community College.
